FoodRGB®’s Beetroot Red extract is available as a liquid or powder natural food color so that it can be incorporated into both water and oil-based solutions. Beetroot Red extracts have consistent hues that range from red to fuchsia with varying depths of light pink to vibrant red. Beetroot Red does not have an odor, it is light stable and works best in a pH range of 3.0 through 8.0.
While most standard Beetroot extracts are not heat stable, FoodRGB®’s special version of Beetroot has a stronger heat stability than others. Our enhanced option expands formulation flexibility while maintaining the naturally derived, clean-label appeal of beetroot-based color solutions.
